I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was lovely with a fake window that gave it a balcony feel, and the big bathroom was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making my rest truly enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with great customer service and various amenities available to make my stay convenient. The location was ideal, being right in the heart of Hanoi, allowing me easy access to explore the vibrant city. The dining experience was a highlight, especially the seriously yummy Pork Belly dish. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
